When your plans fall apart for the future, you can ask yourself, what is my purpose in the universe?

When anxious about something happening, ask yourself, “If that happens, then what?” Keep asking until you find an aspect you can control and act on.

Closer to a solution

When you are feeling anxious that something will happen, ask yourself, if that happened, then what? Continue to ask that question until you get to something you can't control. Find one thing on the train of fears and think of one simple action step that brings you closer to a solution.

Overcome your fear of rejection by intentionally seeking it out. Exposure to rejection helps reduce the anxiety surrounding it.

Exposure therapy

If you are afraid of rejections, getting more rejections can help you get over that fear. Exposure therapy means that if you do something you're afraid of over and over again, you diminish your fear of it.

Challenge your limiting beliefs. Ask yourself, “What advice would my future self give me?” or “What would I say to a friend with similar beliefs?”

Do you have limiting beliefs about what is possible or acceptable that is holding you back? What would yourself one year from now say to you? What would you say to your best friend about their limiting beliefs?
