Welcome to Bonding Community Circle. Bonding Community Circle is an online mental health forum (“Forum”) dedicated to parents navigating ADHD. Bonding Community Circle is owned by Bonding Health (“Bonding”) and operated on the Bonding Health app. These Terms of Use and Disclaimer, together with the Privacy Policy incorporated herein (collectively, “Terms of Use”), govern your access to and use of the Forum. Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you join the Forum. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not access or use the Forum.
About Bonding Community Circle. Bonding Community Circle is an online Forum where parents, caregivers, educators, healthcare providers and others who are affected by or interested in ADD and ADHD can obtain educational information and connect with others in a supportive virtual community.
The Forum offers both live educational events and a virtual chat platform where users can share their experiences, information and resources. No Mental Health, Supervision, or Consultation Advice. The Forum is moderated by Dr. Lara Honos-Webb, Ph.D., a California licensed clinical psychologist and author who specializes in the treatment of ADD and ADHD. Dr. Honos-Webb will host live educational events on the Forum and oversee and moderate the online discussions as needed. By accessing the Forum, you agree that any information provided by Dr. Honos-Webb through the Forum is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute mental health therapy, consultation or advice. Accessing and/or participating in the Forum does not create a psychotherapist-patient relationship, or any other confidential relationship, between you and Dr. Honos-Webb.
In addition, by accessing the Forum, you agree that nothing stated or posted on the Forum is intended to be mental health advice or the provision of mental health or medical care. Information provided on the Forum does not replace the advice of a qualified mental health practitioner. Always seek the advice of your own mental health provider regarding any questions or concerns you have about you or your child’s specific mental health conditions and regarding any questions or concerns you have about how these specific topics apply to you or your child. Do not disregard medical advice or delay seeking medical advice because of information you have received on this Forum

Registration and Fees. The Forum is an online site that is open to anyone over age 18. The cost of the initial registration is included in your app subscription. You will be asked to provide your name and an email address when you first access the Forum. The Forum is designed solely for educational and informational purposes and is not considered medical or mental health treatment of any kind. Therefore, the costs of the registration are not covered by insurance.
User-Name. You will be asked to create a user-name to communicate within the Forum. User- names which are offensive, hateful or which violate these Terms of Use are prohibited and will be removed. We request that you continue to use the same user-name each time you visit. Changing user-names inhibits friendship and trust from occurring.
Instructions For Participating in the Bonding Community Circle Forum. The Forum offers both live “Meet-ups” and “Circles” to its users. Meet-ups are live educational/informational events that will be hosted by Dr. Honos-Webb and/or other guest speakers in Bonding’s discretion. The Meet-ups will be scheduled in advance and the calendar will be posted on the Forum. Attendance at a Meet-up is free of charge. To attend a Meet-up, click on the Meet-ups tab (at the top of your screen on your desktop; at the bottom on your mobile phone) to see what Meet-ups are scheduled. AT the time of the Meet-up, click or tap on Live Room to be transferred to the live meeting. You can sign up to receive notifications prior to a Meet-up going live.
Circles are conversations related to specific topics in which users can share information, engage in online discussions, create new postings, and add text and upload images, videos or audio files in real time. You can see the Circles Topics on your screen on a desktop or tap on the Circles tab at the bottom of your screen on a mobile phone. All entries you make in a Circle are viewable by all other members of your Forum.
The Forum also offers a “Feed” feature which allows the user to access all of the conversations and postings on the Forum not separated into Circles. The Feed button is on menu bar at the top of the screen. On your mobile device, it is at the bottom. Users can send private messages to other members of the Forum.
On a desktop, look for Find Members on the left-hand side of your screen. On a mobile phone, tap on the Circles tab at the bottom of your screen and look for the icon at the top of the screen that looks like a message bubble. After finding someone you wish to send a message to, click or tap on their name and send your message. The recipient will receive a message advising them of the new message from you.
Communications not Confidential. Bonding respects the privacy and confidentiality of all Forum users. Bonding will not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information about users of the Forum to any third parties unless required to do so by law. Please seeBonding’s Notice of Privacy Practicesfor a discussion of how we can use and disclose your private information.
Please note that while Bonding will respect your privacy, participating in the Forum is not confidential. Any information you post on the Forum can be viewed, accessed, copied, downloaded or otherwise used by other users of the Forum. We urge you not to share any personal information, such as your personal e-mail, telephone number, street address or any other private information that you do not want to be made public.
Prohibited Conduct. We strive to maintain an online community that is safe, comfortable and informative. When you access the Forum for any reason, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. Bonding monitors the communications on the forum. We will remove any messages, posts, photos, videos or other content of any kind that does not meet our standards as stated in these Terms of Use. Bonding reserves the right to immediately terminate a users registration if we determine that the user is violating any of these Terms of Use. In order to create and maintain a safe online environment, Bonding has a strict policy governing user conduct on the Forum. Any posts, comments, uploads or other user content that is deemed to be in violation of these Terms of Use will be immediately removed from the Forum and the user will be subject to consequences up to and including a permanent ban from the Forum at Bonding’s discretion. The following conduct is strictly prohibited: Using the Forum for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national or international law.
Any language, content or behavior that is discriminatory, harassing or derogatory to people or people they know because of their age, disability, gender, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy, maternity or paternity, race, religion, ethnic origin, sex or sexual orientation.
Harassment, bullying, stalking, trolling and/or abusing in any way the users of the Forum, the moderators, Bonding staff members and their families and friends. Posting, uploading or distributing any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable, profane, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, hateful or otherwise inappropriate. Violating or encouraging others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
Interfering in any way with security-related features of the Forum. Engaging in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Forum, or which, as determined by Bonding may harm the company or the users of the Forum, or expose them to liability.
Interfering with the operation or any user’s enjoyment of the Forum, including by uploading or disseminating viruses, adware, worms or other malicious code, or attempting to collect personal information about users or third parties without their consent.
Pirating, hacking, flooding, spamming, stealing or attempting to steal passwords or take over the Forum for your own personal gain, attempting to evade a ban, and any other conduct deemed to be disruptive to the Forum in Bonding’s discretion. Advertising of any kind. Posting links to any other sites for the purpose of advertising as opposed to helpful information will not be tolerated. Similarly, posting unsolicited invitations to other websites or forums is prohibited. Impersonating any Bonding administrator or Forum moderator.
No Guarantees. Bonding and Dr. Honos-Webb make no guarantees or warranties of any kind. By accessing the Forum, you agree that there are no guarantees for expectations or achievements of specific outcomes or results from using the information you receive on or through the Forum.
Product Testimonials and Endorsements. From time to time, the Forum may discuss, promote, market, review, or endorse a product or a service. Bonding will disclose if it is receiving compensation of any kind in exchange for the endorsement. All testimonials and product endorsements are for illustrative and informational purposes only.
Intellectual Property Rights. The Forum and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof) are owned by Bonded and protected by California, United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Personal Use Only – NO Redistribution. These Terms of Use permit you to use the Forum for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any of the content within this Forum is strictly prohibited. Participating in the Forum in no way grants you ownership or any rights to any of the material posted on the Forum. You must not copy, reproduce, download, upload, post, broadcast, transmit, distribute, publish, republish, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or store any of the material on the Forum without the express written consent of Bonding. Any use of the information and content provided on this Forum that does not comply with the Terms of Use shall be considered an unauthorized use and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties as provided by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content As-Is. The content for this Forum is provided as-is/available with all faults. The Forum may contain bugs, errors, problems, or other limitations. Bonding expressly disclaims any liability for your use of the Forum. Bonding does not represent or warrant that content posted on the Forum is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Further, Bonding does not guarantee that any and all items are free of viruses or other harmful components and it is the sole responsibility of the user to exercise caution in the use and downloading of any such content and use industry-recognized software to detect and remove viruses. All responsibility and liability for any damages caused by viruses attributed to our content and service is disclaimed. NO WARRANTIES
BONDING AND DR. HONOS-WEBB CLEARLY AND EXPLICITLY MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND (BOTH EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED) AS TO ANY CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, TRAINING, OR SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR THROUGH THIS FORUM. BONDING AND DR. HONOS-WEBB MAKE NO WARRANTIES RELATED TO THE PERFORMANCE, FUNCTION, SAFETY, OR OPERATION OF THIS FORUM. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
